These terms apply to the purchase agreements of products listed on www.savati.gr, that are concluded upon your online orders. The terms of transactions include the terms of use as well.
Ways of Ordering
1. Online “Order” (Expression of interest):
You may use the “Order Form”
The company which has been registered and which had created an account on savati.gr (User) can select the products desired add put them in the basket. After the reception and control of your order we will contact you via email as for the availability of products, the cost, the shipping and delivery time of your order (offline purchase).
You may place your order your interest throughout the entire day (24 hours) seven days a week.
If you place your order on our website, outside the hours 09:00 - 16:00 from Monday to Friday on working days, your order shall be deemed placed on our website at 9:00 a.m. of the following working day from Monday to Friday, provided that our e-shop operates flawlessly.
Upon entry of your order you shall receive an automated e-mail informing you that the entry is successful.
2. Orders by phone:
You can place your order by phone at +30 210-7224060, throughout working days and hours (Monday – Friday from 9:00 am to 16:00 pm). We may ask you to provide us with a valid e-mail address of yours.
3. Orders via e-mail:
You may place an order via e-mail at info@savati.gr. Send us the code of the product, contact details and one of our associates will contact you directly. Your order shall be deemed received by our company at working days and hours (Monday – Friday from 9:00 am to 16:00 pm).

You can pick the products from our registered offices during working days and hours (Monday - Friday and hours 9: 00-16:00).
